CommentForm class
A form that allows the user to write a comment.
The form is built using a TextField and a TagTextEditingController. The TagTextEditingController comes from a package published by Wessel himself on pub.dev, and is used to handle the text editing and tagging of users in the comment. Tagabble users are listed in an overlay that is displayed on top of the form.
